About Us
The UNH Center on Adolescence (formerly the Adolescence Resource Center), located in the School of Health and Human Services, seeks to promote the healthy development of all young people and prevent the onset of risky behaviors. The research activities of the Center focus on engaging youth in productive activities that build competence and character and strengthen ties with families, schools, and communities.
A grant from SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) supported the original planning and implementation of the Center.
